Mochizuki Kotarou is a highschool student who dreams of being a somebody, but is too weak to try to achieve greatness. One day he is caught in a fight and a Samurai spirit takes over him and wins, the spirit's original owner was named Mochizuke Kotarou as well.

SHS is a good example of "good actor in a not so good show". Miura is a good actor and steal literally the whole show. When he turns into the serious and sexy samurai he looks like a totally different person but he also does a good job as Kotarou - the idiot and good-for-nothing-guy. The plot is interesting but the supporting friends were terrible. I don't really understand how Shirota Yuu still working as an actor, he is bad. REALLY bad. I've never watched anything with An before but for my first drama I was disappointed with her poor acting skills, because she was pretty much the cliche tsundere we all know from anime and other dramas.
The classmates were too generic and in the most important part you don't get the "team" feeling from them. The best parts were the samurai moments and Kotarou x His Dad, they were awesome together. Well, I had some fun but it isn't the kind of drama I'll watch a second time. xD |

Miura Haruma looks good as samurai- make me wanna watching him more in roles like that.

Enjoyed this series lots!
Really easy to watch, great acting and some great comedy scenes. Shirota Yuu especially was fantastic as Nakamura, and I shall be looking our for more of Miura Haruma's roles in the future =3 Definitely recommended! |

very hilarious, Miura Haruma once again showed that he's excellent young actor with a lot of potential to portrait different characters. Drama is really entertaining and funny. One of the best comedy I've ever watched.

Love it^^ I want a Samurai, too X3 That was the first time I saw Haruma Miura playing a funny and spoiled character! I'm surprised! Until now he only played calm, scary, cool or touching characters. Great job^^ |
