Su Hyeon was a girl who loved her boyfriend of eight years, Min Yeong, enough to donate her liver to him. Yet he abandons her for the USA and marries her best friend, Sun Ah. Waking up from a coma three years later and not knowing the truth, Su Hyeon meets Tae Wu, the son of her company's president.
