Tanaka Ainousuke, who was born with a weak left eye, was able to get a left eye cornea transplant from his older brother Yumehito after the latter was supposedly killed in an accident. However, Ainousuke soon discovers that if there is a shock to his left eye, he is able to see strange images that turn out to be true. Ainousuke soon comes to realize that his brother has faked his death and is in fact a major criminal. This drama tells the story of how the two brothers face off against each other.
