Under the roof of the cakeshop 'Antique' live four different and slightly weird men. The owner of the shop, Tachibana, who strongly dislikes all sweets; pastry cook, Ono, afraid of all women; the cook's apprentice, Kanda, who is a boxer turned into confectioner, and the owner bodyguard who is just simply an odd geezer. Sometimes reporter Momoko would try to look into offbeat Kanda's past, sometimes café staff would try to investigate Tachibana's much more complicated past. Meanwhile their primary occupation is still bakery. But good workman cannot help but feel an affection to all his customers. So each episode covers their dealing with problems of their various clients. And there is nothing that cannot be sorted out with a good slice of pie!
