Nana Komatsu is a naive young woman whose boyfriend has moved to Tokyo to study, but because Nana herself couldn't make it to same university he travels there to work. On a train he meets a woman whose name is also Nana, she is the exvocalist of a band, and they get friendly with each other and later by chance they meet in an old apartment building, going to rent the same apartment. The two Nanas end up living together in the same apartment and they both have problems with love which they try to make work out.

I have read the manga (on-going) & seen the anime -- love them. The live-action made characters like Takumi and Ren feel like unimportant ones. Therefore I didn't like the NANA movies, maybe it would have been better to do a drama than films...well at least the sceneries were good.

well, i must agree that nana can hardly made into a good film, but it did a pretty nice job. There were some really memorable moments for me, but in the same time there were a lot of fails in it.

I didn't watch the anime nor have I read the manga, so......but I like this movie^^
The both Nanas were just awesome and the other characters too. I got a warm and nice feeling watching this. |

I prefer more anime than live action movie but Nakashima Mika was gorgeous as Oosaki Nana. I really love her voice! She was perfect for that role.

Another one of my favs, love the anime and manga also =^.^= after telling my friends about it they all of them wanted to be like Hachi, at least no cosplay competition for (the other) Nana .
