After a big earthquake whose epicentre was located in Kanto, the temperature of the Pacific Ocean increases, creating the strongest typhoon ever seen, accompanied by flood, which directly strikes the city of Tokyo. From the basement of the Shinbashi station, the Rescue Department receives a signal: 252, meaning there are people there waiting to be rescued. In the middle of the storm, the rescue team will only be able to act in the eye of the typhoon, 18 minutes. Will it be enough?
