Since the age of six he's a model, learned Japanese and English at junior high school in New Zealand, acting since 2005 ('Lovers in Prague') and his singing skills were proved at the movie 'The Happy Life'. Since then he would play in more music inspired dramas/movies.

Shun debuted on the small screen when he was 13... he started gaining some attention with his role of 'Uchiyama Haruhiko' aka 'Uchi' in the hit drama Gokusen back in 2002, but it wasn't until 2005 that he had his breakthrough role as 'Hanazawa Rui' in the hugely popular drama Hana Yori Dango and he rose to prominence...he gained even more attention with his role as 'Sano Izumi' in Hanazakari no Kimitachi e in 2007. Apart from being an actor, he is also a seiyuu (basic Japanese term for 'voice actor') and has provided voice overs for animations. He has also starred in several stage plays with the help of his theatrical roots. He is also a DJ.

Matsumoto Jun is most well-known for his role as Doumyouji Tsukasa in the hit series Hana Yori Dango, winning Best Supporting Actor at the 47th Television Drama Academy Awards. He is also considered one of the 'elite' within Johnny & Associates since he was personally invited to a rehearsal (as opposed to an audition) by Kitagawa Johnny himself. Matsumoto is also the first Arashi member to win the GQ Man of the Year Award 2008.

Mizushima Hiro was born in a hospital in Tokyo on 13 April, 1984. The name Saitou Tomohiro was given to him then, though after he started his artistic career he chose the name Mizushima Hiro. Hiro started modeling when he studied at university in order to get some easy money. Then he was asked to play some acting rolls. He played in many well known dramas as Hanazakari no Kimitachi e, Kamen Rider Kabuto, Zettai Kareshi and many others. He married JPop singer Ayaka on 22 February, 2009.

At the age of twelfth he joined the Japanese talent agency Johnny & Associates and was drafted as a member and co-lead vocalist of the popular J Pop group KAT-TUN which officially debuted in 2006. He has also established himself as an actor with roles as 'Kiritani Shuuji' in 'nobuta wo purodyuusu' or 'Kanzaki Shizuku' in 'kami no shizuku'. Kame is also a cohost of KAT-TUN's late night NTV variety/talk show, Cartoon KAT TUN, and a radio host with his own program aired by Nippon Cultural Broadcasting.

Haruma Miura made his debut appearance at the age of seven in the drama Agri. Since then he has appeared in many dramas and films.

Narimiya Hiroki was raised in Tokyo. His mother died in his third year of high school, and he and his brother were raised by their grandmother. Now he lives in an apartment with his brother. His actor career started in 2000 with the play "Horobikaketa Jinrui, Sono Ai no Honshitsu to wa (Perishing Humankind, What is the Essence of Its Love?)". His first movie was "Oboreru Sakana". In 2002 he played Noda in the drama "Gokusen". He isn't just a good actor, he is also a fashion designer and a model. He is considered as fashion leader and has even had a haircut named for him (the "Narimiya Cut"). His hobbies are swimming, reading, decorative gardening, and art appreciation.

Ninomiya joined Johnny & Associates at the age of 13 after his cousin sent in his application without his knowledge. However, before his debut as Arashi in 1999, he made his debut on the small screen in the stage play Stand by Me. Since then, he has appeared in many dramas, movies, and stage productions. He is also the first Johnny's to debut in a Hollywood movie, Letters from Iwo Jima, starring alongside Watanabe Ken. Aside from live actions, he also debuted as a seiyuu in 2006, voicing Black in the film Tekkon Kinkreet. Ninomiya is also a songwriter, as he has composed and written the lyrics to many Arashi songs such as Niji, Gimmick Game, and Fight Song.

Jin is a japanese singer/songwriter and also an actor. He is in an agreement with Johnny & Associates. In 2010 he left the J-Pop Group KAT-TUN to work on his solo career.
