This can be considered as a complement to the terms of service as presented in the registration form.
mydramalist.info (henceforth 'mdl') is private site, owned and developed by a private person. All code and graphics, except from that used under the GPL or any other foreign license, belongs to the owner of the domain name mydramalist.info.
1. Stored data: mdl stores the private info you choose to input to it in its database. Registration requires a username, a password and a well formatted email address. These ('basic user data') are all stored in the database, the password is encrypted one way and thus cannot be retrieved, even if lost (a new one will be issued in that case).
All the rest of the info the user chooses to input ('complementary user data'), e.g. birthday, location, etc., is also stored in the database. As per matter of fairness, the data belongs to both the user and the website. To the user, by having inputted it and it being generally considered as related to the user, to mdl, by keeping it stored in its database.
Following that reasoning, the user or mdl may at any point delete that info, or more specifically, the complementary user data, since having a user stipulates entering the basic user data. In the future, an 'erase my user' button will be added which will allow complete removal of the user from the database. In the same manner, mdl may at any point, without prior notice or justification, remove any of its users. If you wish to remove your user, contact any of the administrators.
Following the same reasoning, mdl will not sell your data to spamming sites or other advertising entities. In fact, mdl does not intend to sell anything other than possibly what entirely belongs to it (the website's code, for example).
2. Unstored data: mdl does not store your ip address, the referrer site from which you arrived, or the date and time you performed any action on the site, other than such actions as requiring date and time (i.e. updating items on your list, posting messages, etc.).
