I actually liked this drama.
I don't really like medical things though. But it's not like they do some complicated operations all the time, since they are on this clinic on a mountain. Hayami-sensei has to deal most of the time with open wounds.
You learn a bit of the relationsships of the characters, but the most important is how Hayami-sensei is influenced by the mountain clinic.
What I didn't like: (end of the last episode)
At the end it was easy to reopen the clinic. Since Hayami-sensei came back for the summer and Kuraki-Sensei is free now. So it felt like this meeting with the vote was kind of for nothing...
And the thing with keigos mother... it was just random.
And the episode where Momoka was searching for the star rock. Why was this rock at the end of the episode really shining? I mean... This drama should be reality XD

What I loved was the landscape. Sooo beautiful *.* Want to go there too ^^
And this gave the drama a bit of another feeling.
It was a nice drama for me.

I think the drama tries too hard to be serious when in reality it's really predictable and shallow. I guess if you're into medical procedurals or if you're a fan of any of the actors it's okay. It at least is to me so far (although the ff button is my best friend in this case)

Just going to warn folks that this one is not so great. I guess it's alright if you're a die hard fan of Mukai Osamu, but otherwise it's shallow and poorly scripted. I'd compare this to the fail that was Nankyoku Tairiku.
