A young girl called Aizawa Asuka dies from falling out of a window in her school. Lawyer Tsumiki Tamako and the new teacher Kaji Kouhei start investigating the case and suddenly find themselves deeply involved with the topic of bullying at this school. Did Asuka commit suicide? None of the teachers or students seem to know anything, and while director Amegi Masumi fights to keep her school's image clean, Tsumiki Tamako wants to reveal the truth for her own reasons.
Both are slow paced, tightly written legal thrillers. Straightforward with no added humor or fluff, both are very thoughtful titles that will leave you not only involved with the characters, but also with the real life systems that breed situations like in the plots.
