ISWAK is propably one of the best TW-series I ever watched. So I was really really unsure of how to think wbout this remake. I already knew that I would end up watching it anyway, but the K-Hanazawa Rui as Zhi Shu? And that girl, that doesn't look as stupid as Xiang Qin?

The thing I hated most were the slow start and that awful first episode. It was easy to warm up to Ha Ni and even though the mother of Seung Jo wasn't as cute as the mother from Zhi Shu, I also liked the whole Beak-family.

The basic story is about a very stupid girl that confesses her love to the number 1 intelligent boy of the school but ends up getting rejected. While she tries to forget him her house breaks down and she ends up living in the house of her fathers friend - which are the parents of the boy that rejected her. How will she be able to forget him now?

As I said, the beginning was awful. I hated how Ha Ni seemed to be such a strange girl that I even considered to drop the drama. What kept me going was Seung Jo. I hated him so much that I couldn't wait for the moment where he finally fell for Ha Ni.

Another thing I really hated was Jun Gu. He was...stupid and awful and even though they made him like a real animecharacter, I felt like they destroyed the charming image of Ah Jin. I felt so bad, that they made such a rather goodlooking actor play such a stupid character. But I love his Busan accent!

Finally, what made me really love the drama is, that you don't have to hate any character. He Ra was cute, even though I dislike how she sticks to Seung Jo, the other boys are all very cute and there is nothing to dislike. The story got better and better, I was pleased with the turn of events and even though it was easy to foresee what would happen next, they changed many details around which made the story more enjoyable.

Something I also liked was, that they seemed to have a connection. Normally, people tell each other that they are in love etc. but they don't actually play around and make a good couple. For Ha Ni and Seung Jo, they actually started by teasing each other. He said stupid things to her, she got angry and chased him. This were scenes that made the young age of the main characters show (after all they ARE highschool kids!) and additional, it showed that they could do more things beside managing problems and kissing. It felt like a real relationship.

4 Stars may be a little bit overrated after the strange beginning of the story, but I still love the basic story of the manga too much, to rate it lower. Also, I was always waiting for the next episode to be subbed, which shows how much I loved this drama. Kim Hyeon Jung is made for the role of Seung Jo (his smiles are great!) and Ha Ni was such a cute girl, I think she deserves her luck. If you can't handle stupid main girls or macho main boys then don't watch it. But if you love some good, romantic stories this might be your thing.

Romantic dramas about one warm hearted and poor, but somewhat stupid, girl who falls in love with a smart and rich, but cold, person. She tries to win his love with small gestures, but always ends up embarrassed because of her clumsiness. Their families insist on making them a married couple, against the guy's wishes. There are also other people involved who want to break them apart.

I watched the anime before watching the korean remake. I personally find the drama cute and had many heart warming and funny scenes. I think Jeong So Min portrayed her role well and needless to say about the HOT Kim Hyeon Jung!!

Seriously didn't even dawn on me that this was a Korean version of Itazura ni Kissu until Bong Jun Gu beat his head off the house wall.... -_-;;;

Love it so far. The Japanese Drama was made so long ago and was hard to watch but I'm greatly enjoying this one thus far.

I prefer the taiwanese version. The actors are much better and the girl isn't that violent like here ^^ I didn't feel any chemistry between the actors. I just watched it because I love the story and wanted to know if it could beat ISWAK.
CLEAR ANSWER: NO! NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST! :P

I felt i followed closely to the drama and the Taiwanese version it had little difference. The only true bad thing about it was the acting and the fact it never got to actually finish out everything.

i only watched it because of hyun joong but the drama didn't match up to the taiwanese version at all. let's just say if you want to watch a super storyline with better actors(being a better actor than kim hyun joong isn't that hard tho) then please watch the taiwanese version, if you're more a fan of the actors and kdrama's feel free to drool over this, i'm not going to give this drama more than 3/5 points because giving more would be ridiculous.
