Synopsis

Doowaa is a peaceful kingdom with thirteen independent states. What connects them all is an organisation called ACCA that keeps records of all the activities of its members across the kingdom and a special division within it that is in charge of making sure no oddities occur. Jean Otus is in charge of this inspection department and travels from one state to another to ensure the quality of ACCA's work there. However, a rumour about a coup d'état reaches his ears and he involuntary gets involved in it.

:D I don't get why people see gay stuff everywhere. Can't guys be friends too? lol... but whatever. I liked the art style and the setting. I think that the story could have been explored much more. Mostly, I felt kind of detached from what was going on and ultimately didn't care much about the politics. I might pick up the manga and see what's going on there.
