It's been revealed that a third season of the police drama "Iryuu Sousa" (Material Evidence Investigation) will air in 2013. The unusually soon sequel serie...

@zaharisa For me, those parts were the reason I gave this 3 stars instead of 4. Dont get me wrong, I absolutely loved those segments; they always left a smile on my face. But whole structure of episodes were tailored to reach those segments and that left a bit sour taste the more I think about it.

Take the episode with the ex-journalist now a son in law of a ceo of food company. Throughout the whole episode, wife basically badmouthed the victim, first accused of cheating, then not loving, then preparing to leave her etc. You were his wife for I dont know how many years for gods sake, if you are that suspicious of him, if you dont trust him this much; then I pity the guy for loving you.
And for that matter, if you dont trust him at all; how come you changed your view of him in 3 minutes of explanation filled with conjecture? He purposely took detours, longer ways to reach his target because he loves you and thinks about you.. Your whole belief of his not loving you changed because of this simple sentence which you have no way of proving or disproving?

Mind you, I always felt like his explanations were spot on and his world was a better world as opposed the the world other people live in (people living on distrusting others etc) but I also felt that it was a pity that on every case the victims feelings never did reach to people before Itamura-san explained them to everyone.
I understand that it was deliberately made that way to make the end segments more powerful but I call this weak writing.

No matter how lovely those end explanation segments are; I still would have preferred if Itomura-san said "look you may think like this, but let me give you another point of view, and you choose what to believe."

Although the cases are a decent one- I don't like the series, because of them. They are a already a lot of series like this.

I like it, because of the explanations in the end of every episode. About the victims feelings and thoughs. The love he hid inside..; the love that inspired his movements till the end. :)

I'm up to episode 6. I really like it even though it's a bit repetitive. I really like the characters.

After having seen 2 eps, I must say that it's quite an interesting one. Can't wait to watch the next eps. :D
