Synopsis

Yuusha Yoshihiko is a video game parody based on the famous game series 'Dragon Quest'. The story takes place in an ancient kingdom which has been stricken by a severe plague amounting to countless deaths. In a small village, Yoshihiko gets chosen to become the yuusha (hero) by pulling out a sword from a stone. He leaves the village to find a plant that can cure the plague and to save his father who has left before him to save the village, but hasn't returned yet. Soon he finds out that his role as a hero amounts to much more.

This starts so very good, but as usually happens in parodies; the weight of forming a good story took its toll and it just couldn't carry on with the same high note it started. in the end it was still good, just not as good.

I'm almost in the beginning and although I think it's a little bit weirdo and stupid, sometimes, I'm loving it! : D and it's perfect to watch after having a bad day :p
