Takemoto never thought that the day he stepped into the college of arts would be the day he fell in love for the first time with Hagumi. Hanamoto Hagumi is a very small girl with a big gift in arts, but she is so shy and inexperienced that she doesn't realize the friendship she has with Morita has long since evolved into something more. Morita's good friend Ayu, in turn, is in love with Mayama who is Hagumi's uncle's friend.

A circle of friendship and love and art, and a journey to find one's true self.

Honey and Clover is cute story focusing on relationships. It’s lightly fun and lightly serious. At first I thought it was a bit too slow but I eventually followed the rhythm. I was also a college student when I watched it so it felt kind of nice. What I liked about this drama is that it deals with the one question everybody faces one day, especially at the end of college, and which is no longer about relationships but oneself: ‘What do I want to do now?’ For some people the answer is obvious but some others really struggle finding their way like in this drama.

Very nice interpretation of the anime (i haven't read the manga).
It is focused mainly in the relationship between the characters with a great casting. I think the selection of Hiroki, Thoma and Osamu for the main male characters was excellent.
You don't have to like art to like this drama. If you liked the concept of the anime you will like this.
I enjoyed it :)))

Nya... it was OK... but I think if I had the time to watch it once again, I wouldn't do so... even with a great cast... the whole drama was pretty boring, to me.
But who likes arts may be interested in watching it. ^^

Nothing amazing, pretty laidback drama with decent comedy and not-so-good soundtrack. The plot was nothing special either.

But enjoyment is average.

It's not a great, cool and amasing drama but when I watched it, I felt sugoi ^^ It's really nice and pretty and brings much of happiness!

Well... this was my first dorama and I really liked it. Somethings are similar to the anime: some moments, etc. Ikuta did a great job with Takemoto.

I really recomend this drama :3
