Thirty but Seventeen is a heartwarming show about building a family and healing.
The strength is in the actors and the characters they bring to life. The family they form and the growth they experience helps create an entertaining story even as it lacks a fast paced plot or large conflicts. That isn't to say there aren't mysteries to be solved or issues to be resolved but they tend to be minor and secondary to the characters themselves.
However, the slower, more character focused plot can be a turn off and sometimes feel a bit more meandering, which is the only real downside.
A great show with fantastic acting. A recommend for fans of the romance genre.
